Return Policy

RETURNS & REFUNDS
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

We of course encourage all buyers to consider their purchase carefully for their needs and measure their vehicle before purchasing, ensuring that it aligns with the product listed in the shop. If in doubt, customer should contact us via our contact page and ask for assistance, we will be glad to help.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Unfortunately we do not refund for change of mind. However if the product is incorrect, and would like to return or exchange the product, please let us know by contacting us via our email at shop@vanfit.com.au. Please note that returns will need to be sent back to us at a nominated address which will be provided to you once you have made contact. You are responsible for the return cost of shipping and a $20.00 AUD restocking fee will apply. 

Once your return is received, our team will inspect the product to ensure it is in the same condition it was sent out to you in a "As New" condition and its original packaging. Items sent back to us without first contacting us for a return will not be accepted. Should your circumstances be more complex or different, please email us and we will be happy to assist where possible! 

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders, made to order or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is email us requesting an exchange, we can then issue you with the return address (same procedure as  above). Once the return is received and accepted, we will process the exchange for a store credit where you can then make a separate purchase for the new item.
As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. No refunds for change of mind.
